Northwest winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts to around 60 mph were common across Logan County during the morning hours into the mid afternoon hours. A nearby mesonet site 10 miles south southeast of Thedford recorded the highest peak wind gust of 61 mph at 1215 pm CST, while the nearby Thedford AWOS site recorded a peak wind gust of 60 mph at 1223 pm CST.

Strong northwest winds of 30 to 40 mph with a gusts to around 60 mph occurred across north central Nebraska into portions of southwest Nebraska during the morning hours until the mid afternoon hours on November 25th. Peak wind gusts reached 61 mph or higher at the Imperial, Broken Bow and Valentine ASOS stations.
