Light to moderate snow overspread the area through the afternoon of December 13 as low pressure moved south of the area. This continued into the night before giving way to upslope snow showers. Winds gusted to 45 mph resulting in significant blowing and drifting of snow. The highest totals of 6 to 8 inches were observed in western Grant County while 2 to 5 inches were reported across western Mineral and western Pendleton counties.
