Trees were knocked down, and power poles were snapped along Higdon Road in Marshall County.

A fast-moving front pushed into the Mid-South during the evening hours of October 18th. Copious amounts of shear combined with a moderate amount of instability resulted in a line of thunderstorms along and ahead of the front that produced isolated damaging winds.
