The Central Sierra Snow Lab recorded 0.4 inches of new snowfall in the last 24 hours with a liquid equivalent of 0.40 inches.

By the middle of the month, a wet and stormy pattern returned the region. This caused several days of strong winds, with gusts upwards of 80 mph on the Sierra ridges and 60 mph in wind prone areas in Mono County. Additionally, light snow was reported in the Sierra, with overall light amounts.
