Multiple CWOP stations reported low temperatures in the 30-32 degree range. A personal home weather station reported a low of 28 degrees.

High pressure centered over the Ohio Valley led to light winds and excellent radiational cooling conditions early on the morning of October 24, 2025. Temperatures dropped to at or below the freezing mark across much of central Kentucky. Lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s were common, and this was the first freeze of the season in many communities.
