Flooding on Hutchinson River Parkway in both directions at exit 9 in New Rochelle. All Lanes are closed at mile marker 9.4.

A widespread rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches resulted in flooding as a frontal system triggered thunderstorms across the NYC Metro area.

Began near Fleetwood (40.9200, -73.8100).
