Washington County Emergency Management and local Law Enforcement reported multiple debris flows and flash flooding across several roads in and around pine valley with road closures in effect. One debris flow was reported 150 feet wide and 6 to 8 inches deep. Time obtained from peak flows on Santa Clara River gauge at Pine Valley.
