Wider weather episode

A trough coming through brought light snow across the region on the 27th. A front stalling out along North-Central MT on the 28th brought heavy snow to the plains as a mesoscale heavy snow band set up throughout the day. Gusty north winds setting up also brough area of blowing and drifting snow along with enhanced northerly upslope snow at the foothills of the Central MT mountains.
