Minor ice accretion with a glaze of ice on foliage and elevated surfaces. At the observation time of 8:28 PM CST or LST light sleet was also noted. The observations took place in the town of Searcy.

Isentropic upglide via a stationary boundary positioned across the Gulf Coast states led to moisture being fed into a region of temperatures that supported a brief, but minor winter weather event across parts of central and northern Arkansas.
