Widespread gusts of 60 to 76 MPH over the southern Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit. Peak gust of 76 MPH was at Lone Tree WYDOT observation sensor between Cheyenne and Laramie at 500 AM.

The wind prone zones of southeast Wyoming observed a prolonged period of strong gusty winds up to 76 MPH extending from the afternoon of December 1st through the morning hours of December 2nd.
