MT DOT sensor at Norris Hill measured a few 59 mph gusts in addition to a two hour period of sustained winds averaging 43 mph.

Wider weather episode

Another shortwave parading across the Northern Rockies within a zonal flow aloft promoted another windy period December 10th into the 11th. While the strongest gusts were more isolated than previous events, there were still plenty of reports along and near the Continental Divide.
