Occasional strong wind gusts between 58 to 61 MPH reported near Douglas and west of Douglas along Interstate 25. Peak gust was 61 MPH 5 miles southwest of Douglas.

Potent upper level jet stream drifted back over the region for December 11th after a brief lull in the winds. Strong wind gusts between 60 to 75 MPH were common, especially in the wind prone areas.
