Cocorahs observers reported 4.0 inches at 3.6 SE Salem, 3.7 inches at 2.4 NNW Uncasville, 3.6 inches in Oakdale, and 3.0 inches in Preston. A cooperative observer reported 3.0 inches in Norwich. Amateur radio reported 3.5 inches in Jewett City.

Low pressure developed along a strong cold front which triggered snowfall, with accumulating snow mainly confined to eastern portions of Southern Connecticut. Advisory level snow occurred primarily across portions of New London County.
