2025-12-13 to 2025-12-14 · Morgan, Ohio
Wider weather episode
The most significant winter storm of the month for southeast Ohio occurred from December 13th to the 14th as a clipper system sailed across the Ohio Valley. The first snowflakes fell over the northern portions of our Ohio Counties in the early afternoon on the 13th and sluggishly shifted southward that evening. Heavy snow showers fell through the overnight hours into the early morning of December 14th before quickly coming to an end. Overall snow totals ranged between 4 to 6 inches for most of the area, while Lawrence County only received around 1 to 2 inches, as they remained mostly south of the heavy snow bands through the course of this event.
