A few brief gusts over 58 MPH were measured at the WYDOT sensor at Bordeaux, along Interstate 25.
Wider weather episode
A potent jet stream impacted southeast Wyoming with some mountain snowfall and areas of strong gusty winds from the afternoon of December 21st through December 22nd. Wind gusts were generally between 60 to 70 MPH, with a few locations observing higher gusts.
