For the month of November, Graham county ranked the 17th driest for the period of record. Soil moisture readings continued to range between the 30th and 70th percentile for the month of November.

The Extreme Drought (D3) category ended and introduced Severe Drought (D3) in much of Southeastern Arizona. The overall precipitation for Arizona ranking was 4th driest for the period of record for the month of November. Soil moisture readings increased to between the 30th and 80th percentile ranking for the area.
