Reports were received from amateur radio of trees and wires down on Blunt Road near South Egremont and a tree down near the intersection of McNerney Road and State Route 8 in the Town of Becket.
Wider weather episode
Strong winds developed in the wake of a cold front during the afternoon hours on November 5 into the early morning hours on November 6, 2025. Wind gusts between 35 and 45 mph resulted in some localized downed trees and wires across Berkshire County.
