OMME director from Fajardo reported a waterspout sighted from PR-53. The waterspout was located just offshore of Ceiba, just east Roosevelt Roads.

Wider weather episode

A weak induced trough maintained periods of showery weather across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. A waterspout was sighted by the public and emergency managers at around 530 PM AST offshore of Ceiba.
