A trained spotter reported 8.0 inches 3 miles east northeast of Charlie Heath Memorial Park.

Wider weather episode

A long duration winter storm tracked across the region Friday night through Saturday. There were widespread snow reports of 6 to 10 inches across northeast Missouri. In addition to the snow, strong winds developed behind this storm system as cold air flooded into the region with gusts of 30 to 40 MPH across northeast Missouri.
