Trained spotter snowfall reports range from 8.5 inches 1 mile south of Princeton to 9.8 inches 3 miles south southeast of Milo.

A long duration winter storm tracked across the region Friday night through late Saturday night. Widespread snowfall amounts of 8 to 12 inches. This will likely go down as one of the highest snowfall events for any year for the month of November in northwest Illinois. Numerous accidents including a few jackknifed semis on I-80 and I-74 and several road closures occurred with this event.
