Winter storm oved across the area evening of the 28th, through the overnight hours and exited the region by mid-afternoon on the 29th. Snow reports gathered on the 29th yielded up to around 5 to 7 inches to the south in Grundy and east in Putnam and Sullivan counties. While no official reports were received in Mercer, estimated to have a received around 5 inches or greater in portions of the county.
