A non-thunderstorm wind gust of 60 miles per hour was reported at Camp David, Maryland, also known as 3 miles south-southwest of Sabillasville.

Early in the morning, a strong cold front crossed the region. Dry and gusty west to northwesterly winds ensued in the wake. This caused some areas of tree damage, with reported gusts around 60 mph in spots.
