A 51 mph wind gust was recorded at the Hudson Valley Regional Airport.

Windy conditions developed in the wake of a cold front on November 16, 2025. Peak wind gusts between 40 and 50 mph were observed across portions of eastern New York. In addition, bands of lake effect snow into November 17, 2025 brought moderate accumulations on the order of 3 to 7 inches to parts of the southern Adirondacks in northern Herkimer and Hamilton counties.
