Windy conditions developed in the wake of a cold front on November 16, 2025. Peak wind gusts up to 45 mph were observed across portions of southern Vermont. In addition, upslope snow into November 17, 2025 brought moderate accumulations on the order of 3 to 7 inches to parts of Bennington and western Windham counties, especially in the southern Green Mountains.
