Generally 12-18 inches of snow fell with some of the higher amounts being 16.3 inches in West Warwick and 14.8 inches at T.F. Green Airport.

Wider weather episode

A low pressure moved through the eastern U.S. bringing a plume of deep moisture over top of an arctic airmass which brough 1-2 feet of snow to southern New England Sunday through Tuesday morning. The biggest total was 27 inches in Gloucester, MA.
