Six to ten 18 to 24 inch diameter trees were uprooted by winds estimated between 50 to 60 miles per hour along Highway 129 between mile posts 6 and 14.

Wider weather episode

A severe thunderstorm resulted in penny to quarter sized hail in Asotin and Whitman counties. Strong wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph were also observed in portions of Asotin county.
