Multiple high wind gusts were recorded at mesonet sites, including 60 mph at station SOUT - Southold in Peconic at 1015 AM, 67 mph at Great Gull Island at 1048 AM, 64 mph in Orient at 1055 AM, and 59 mph at Fishers Island Airport. All times are reported in Local Standard Time.
