Minimum wind chill values ranged from -10 to -20 across most of the county with the exception of the Dubois ASOS which recorded a -23 degree wind chill in the very early morning hours of the 24th.

Very strong 1042 mb high pressure centered just to the northwest of the area provided plenty of subsidence and optimal conditions for cold temperatures overnight with wind chills dropping into the negative single digits. KDUJ recorded a -23F degree wind chill in the very early morning hours.
