Event narrative

Sleet and a light glaze of ice occurred. Sleet accumulation was minimal, but nearby reports suggest as much as 0.5 of sleet may have occurred in the far northern portions of the county. Trace amounts were reported in Holland Township and Flemington. No ice measurement reports were received, but nearby reports and analysis indicate at least a trace occurred.

Wider weather episode

A wintry system brought widespread moderate rainfall to the region, and the first accumulating snowfall, sleet, and ice of the season to portions of northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
