Another complex winter storm impacted western Massachusetts, this time just after Christmas, December 26-27, 2025. After days worth of storm track shifting in the guidance, the resulting more northerly track of the storm brought widespread moderate to heavy snow across much of Berkshire County. The southern portion of the county saw the heaviest accumulations with about 6 to 7 inches commonly reported. The northern half, however, ended up on the lighter side of the storm with about 3 to 5 inches majorly reported.
