Security fencing blown down by strong thunderstorm wind gusts at the Avenue Church in Morristown.
The wider storm
Strong cold front brought a line of showers and thunderstorms that were able to successfully transport strong to severe wind gusts to the surface in portions of East Tennessee. Additionally, winds aloft ahead of the front produced several instances of high wind criteria non-thunderstorm wind gusts.
