Wind gusts over 60 mph with sustained winds of 20 to 35 mph. Around 4 to 7 inches of snow county wide. Numerous traffic accidents and power outages occurred county wide. Blowing snow reduced visibilities to near zero at times. Travel was near impossible at times.
