A wintry system brought light to moderate snowfall to portions of the region along and especially north and west of I-95. Generally a widespread 1-4 of snowfall occurred in this area between the morning and early afternoon hours, though some localized higher amounts were reported near and north of I-78. Snowfall rates of 0.5-1 per hour caused some travel disruptions to the area. Brief snowfall changed to rain with limited accumulations southeast of I-95.
