The cooperative observer in Wiseman reported a storm total of 13 inches of snow.

Wider weather episode

A strong southerly flow of moist air from the Gulf of Alaska interacted with a strong cold front to produce heavy snow along the south facing slopes of the Brooks Range. The snow developed during the evening of the 10th, and continued through the early morning hours of the 12th. The Wiseman cooperative station observed 13 inches of snow.
