Low pressure tracked east of the Ohio Valley before reforming off the Northeast coast on Sunday the 25th. Snow spread in from south to north during the morning hours, becoming heaviest from mid-morning into the early evening. The snow gradually tapered off early Monday morning, with some light snow showers and flurries lingering across northeast PA. Strong, gusty winds persisted through Monday afternoon, creating localized blowing snow and reduced visibility in parts of the area.
