What EF0 means. On the Enhanced Fujita scale, EF0 is light damage: shingles and siding peeled, gutters torn, branches broken, consistent with estimated gusts of 65–85 mph. The rating comes from a survey of the worst damage after the storm, not from a wind measurement, so it says as much about what the tornado hit as about how strong it was.

What the National Weather Service wrote

A tornado briefly developed along Decatur Road in southwestern Houston County. The tornado lifted the roof off of a manufactured home before dissipating shortly thereafter without causing any additional known damage. An associated Tornadic Debris Signature (TDS) was noted on the Eglin AFB (KEVX) Radar data. The damage was consistent with an EF0 tornado with winds of approximately 85 mph.

A line of strong to severe storms ahead of a cold front brought damaging wind gusts and a few tornadoes to the tri-state area.
