The CoCoRaHS observer 3 miles northwest of Osgood measured 1.5 inches of snow.

Wider weather episode

On strong northwest wind, a lake enhanced band of snow fell over an entrenched arctic airmass. This band stretched in a narrow swath from south of Celina to Xenia to south of Chillicothe, with accumulations generally between 1 and 3 inches.
