Winds gusted to 49 kt at the Copper Harbor (KP53) ASOS on 1/14 at 0251 EST with the passage of a cold front.

A clipper low passed north of Lake Superior bringing a strong cold front south across the lake. Storm force gusts occurred with the frontal passage.

Began near Copper Harbor (47.4700, -87.9000).
