A 61 knot wind gust was measured at Minneapolis Shoals (XMAPV) on 1/14 at 1535 EST with the passage of a cold front.

A clipper low passed north of Lake Superior bringing a strong cold front south through the region including the Bay of Green Bay. Storm force gusts occurred with the frontal passage.
