There was a twelve-hour lull in the strong winds outside of the wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming, but winds quickly increased by late morning on March 14th. Although winds weren't quite as strong, nor as widespread, compared March 12th, peak wind gusts between 70 to 85 MPH were observed along with travel impacts.
