The EMA measured 5 inches of snow in Manchester, and 4 inches of snow in Seaman. A spotter measured 2.3 inches of snow in West Union. It is estimated that far southwestern Adams County received up to 5 inches of accumulation.

Low level frontogenesis developed ahead of a cold front, and an upper level shortwave provided lift to create snow showers as it passed.
