A mariner reported a waterspout on Buzzard's Bay near Marion, Massachusetts.

The wider storm

An upper level low tracked across southern Ontario producing showers and thunderstorms across southern New England. These storms produced a waterspout and very heavy rains resulting in flash flooding in southeastern Massachusetts.

Began near West Island (41.6806, -70.7011).
