What the National Weather Service wrote

A landspout tornado was observed near state highway 59 north of CR MM. No damage occurred due to the landspout remaining in a field. The storm chaser said there may have been more than one brief landspout form, but did not confirm that information.

The wider storm

A broken line of thunderstorms moved east across East Central CO during the afternoon. A landspout formed along the leading edge of the line of storms in northwest Kit Carson County. The largest hail reported was ping pong ball size south of Bethune.
