What the National Weather Service wrote

A storm chaser observed what was described as a brief, multiple-vortex tornado in an area east of Lake Of The Arbuckles and south of Sulphur. No damage was reported and the specific location of the tornado was estimated.

The wider storm

The final day of a prolonged stretch of severe weather potential (beginning on the 23rd) yielded another round of significant hail, winds and tornadoes across southern Oklahoma into portions of north Texas. A pair of intense supercells (one southeast of Wichita Falls, Texas and another from near Sulphur, Oklahoma to Atoka, Oklahoma) produced large to very large hail, damaging wind gusts and several tornadoes. This included a long-track significant (EF-2) tornado that impacted portions of southern Atoka County with the easternmost supercell.

Began near Dougherty (34.4350, -96.9750).
