March 2026 was the warmest ever occurring at the Challis ASOS site. The average monthly temperature of 44.0 degrees was marginally warmer and tied the previous all time record of 44.0 degrees set in 1934. The all time warmest temperature of 75 degrees for the month occurred two straight days on the 19th and 20th.
