What the National Weather Service wrote
A landslide was reported in PR-155 towards Morovis. The roadway was impassable due to the mud and debris, with a large tree down blocking both lanes. Estimated rainfall of 2 to 3 inches occurred around the time of the event.
The wider storm
The islands remained under a moist and unstable weather pattern during the last week of the month. This pattern was supported by light to moderate winds blowing from the south-southeast and a moisture surge moving over the area. This pattern enhanced afternoon convection (showers and t-storms), with various reports received on April 27 and 28.
