The wider storm

A stationary frontal boundary as well as both a Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic coast sea breeze combined with plentiful diurnal instability to produce robust thunderstorms across northeast FL during the afternoon and evening hours. Along with isolated severe thunderstorm activity, PWATs around 1.8 inches and slow moving/training convection resulted in very heavy rainfall and localized minor flooding.

Began near Orange Mills (29.6700, -81.5600).
