What the National Weather Service wrote

A landslide was reported near the Santo Collazo Waterfall in San Sebastian, next to the intersection of PR-111 and PR-450. PR-450 was partially impassable.

The wider storm

An amplifying mid- to upper-level trough, combined with above-normal moisture, maintained an unstable, wet pattern. With previous rain left saturated soils and elevated rivers, heavy rainfall quickly lead to urban flooding, small stream flooding, river flooding, landslides and flash flooding. Significant flooding occurred in Las Piedras, particularly, where several houses where flooded and flash flooded following heavy rainfall.

Began near San Sebastian (18.3333, -66.9500).
