What the National Weather Service wrote

Personal weather station Fuhrman Weather - KFLCITRA13 measured 2.88 inches of rain. Rain began at 845 PM EDT.

The wider storm

A stalled frontal boundary north of the region, as well as Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast sea breezes, combined with usual early summer high instability and PWATs close to 2 inches to produce numerous showers and thunderstorms across the region, as well as isolated severe downbursts. Slow storm motion attributed to localized heavy rainfall and minor flooding.

Began near Sparr (29.3600, -82.1400).
