Scattered severe thunderstorms impacted portions of western and central Oklahoma and north Texas on the evening of the 14th. Despite strong wind shear and instability, residual low-level inhibition (i.e. cap), limited overall storm organization and longevity. The most notable thunderstorm impacted portions of eastern Foard County, producing reports of large hail.
